Job Summary
Process payroll and deliver customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner while following internal control guidelines. Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve variances from expected outcomes, identify areas to improve efficiencies and reduce costs, and prepare special project analyses as requested. Maintain superior customer service in all aspects of the job. This role supports Elwood Staffing branches and the Accounting department, helping people find jobs and employers find talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting or related field
- Extensive experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
- Positive attitude, team mentality, goal oriented
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
