Job Summary
Manage active vendor relationships, live contracting cycles, and ongoing governance programmes as the mandatory entry point for all technology vendor engagements. Coordinate between Technology functional areas, GBS Sourcing, and Legal while assessing commercial contracts to identify risks and open points. Drive value across the full vendor lifecycle within a small, high-demand team, creating structure for multiple open workstreams in a global organisation. Work alongside Procurement, Legal, or Sourcing functions to support HAVI's transformation journey in supply chain technology.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, contract management, or a related governance function within a technology environment
- Ability to read and assess commercial contracts - identifying risks and open points without being told where to look
- Strong understanding of contract structure: liability, SLAs, payment terms, data protection, IP ownership
- Clear, professional written English
- Organised and self-directed, able to manage multiple open workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable operating where not everything is defined - you create structure, you don't wait for it
- Experience working in or alongside Procurement, Legal, or Sourcing functions
- Experience with vendor scorecards or performance management frameworks
- Experience in a global organisation with multiple legal entities and group structures
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with technology services commercial models (consulting, development, managed services, staff augmentation)
