Job Summary
Control customer inventory, prevent shortages, and solve real supply chain problems by managing min/max levels and demand trends. Work directly with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and quality teams to fix late deliveries, coordinate quality holds, and adjust inventory strategies using SAP and Excel. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, communicate clearly with customers, and support contract execution, pricing, and cost savings initiatives. You will own accounts with high expectations and make decisions without red tape. This 6-9 month contract offers a competitive base salary, stay bonus potential, and an alternative workweek option for candidates in the Los Angeles area.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in supply chain, VMI, inside sales, or customer operations
- Strong Excel skills (you can analyze, not just type)
- ERP experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior experience in end to end Account Management
- Extensive experience with supply chain including handling of real inventory
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems fast
- Live in the Los Angeles area
