Execute electronic Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) using compliant equipment and standardized methods, coordinating with suppliers to finalize detection protocols for new components. Compare internal data against supplier values, manage the full sample lifecycle including receipt and disposal, and conduct incoming material inspections to authorize release or initiate containment actions. Address detection anomalies, support quality engineers with abnormality resolution and order analysis, and communicate dimension deviations or inspection issues to the workshop as required. Requires three years of automotive industry inspection experience, proficiency in measurement tools, and basic English communication skills.
