Job Summary
Material planning role focusing on raw material order management and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery and uninterrupted production. Responsibilities include monitoring short/long-term supply status, identifying supply risks, defining recovery/preventive actions, leading and participating in CIP projects with suppliers, evaluating supplier performance monthly, managing raw material inventory and related SOP/EOP planning, supporting related audits, and performing tasks assigned by supervisor. Requires SAP, MS Office, and English communication; experience with CIP, process optimization, and cost saving; strong analytical, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree in business administration, industrial or mechanical engineering (major subject in supply chain management, logistics analyst preferred)
- Practical system knowledge: SAP (mandatory)
- MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Bi)
- Digital tools competence: Python or other digital tools
- Advanced written and oral English communication skills
- Analytical, accurate and result oriented working style
- Service quality driven mindset with CIP skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Very good communication and negotiation skills with strong assertiveness
- Intercultural competence
