VLT Computer Operator

Job Summary
Monitor server status for the VLT program, perform service dispatch system maintenance, and ensure network stability through timely problem resolution. Maintain and update site operator files while providing End of Day processing, including production of revenue, game data, and various reports alongside system integrity testing. Offer coverage to the Customer Services Department by processing calls, creating service work orders, and isolating network and terminal problems. Work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnights within a 24/7 schedule. This role supports the Video Lottery Division's operation of terminals across Saskatchewan.
Required Qualifications
- The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years computer related experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of computer security processes.
- Must be available to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal with large call volumes when necessary.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work with Photoshop would be an asset.
