Job Summary
Lead technical design sessions with customers and project teams to analyze requirements and provide solution options leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce platforms. Architect and design complex modules, delivering hand-on development while providing architectural guidance and best practices to the development team. Conduct design reviews, make recommendations for improvements, and estimate effort needed to deliver solutions following CI/CD best practices. Work closely with the Vlocity product and support team to find solutions for complex requirements, ensuring delivered products follow Vlocity and Salesforce development guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ Years of implementation experience on Vlocity
- 2+ years in Tech Lead Capacity
- 8+ years of experience on Salesforce
- Experience of working using Agile development techniques
- Strong experience with Vlocity Development Skills – OmniScript, DataRaptor, Cards, Templates
- Strong experience on CPQ, EPC, Vlocity OM, Integration Procedures
- Successful delivery as Tech Lead/Architect for at least 2 Vlocity implementations
- Strong experience on Salesforce Integration, APEX Classes, Lightning Components
- Experience on Process modelling tools and best practices and Data modelling
- Experience with Salesforce platform skills as developer capacity and a detailed understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and architecture
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
- Certified Vlocity Platform Developer
- Experience: 8 to 13 years
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of key processes in industry-specific solutions (e.g. Quote to Bind, FNOL, Claims, Renewals, etc.)
