Job Summary
Design, update, and execute advanced test plans and test cases ensuring optimal coverage. Generate and manage complex test data through application logic or API requests, then conduct robust API testing including data extraction and validation. Identify and debug issues using application logs, develop detailed test documentation, and report actionable results while following up on resolutions. Contribute to improving QA processes and tools to enhance overall product quality. This role requires a minimum of three years in software testing with extensive API and web debugging experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Proven track record in manual testing
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies
- Ability to improve and implement testing strategies
- Extensive experience in web testing
- Browser debugging experience
- Cross-platform testing experience
- Proficiency in HTML
- Proficiency in XML
- Proficiency in JSON
- Comfort with tools for testing tasks
- Hands-on experience with API testing
- Understanding of API workflows
- Experience with data validation principles
- Strong command of testing tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Expertise with defect tracking tools
- Expertise with test management tools
- Experience with Jira

- Experience with Confluence
