Job Summary
Manage and maintain backlog readiness in line with delivery timelines, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for development. Coordinate planning, refinement, and sequencing of work across product, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to keep delivery predictable. Track progress, identify dependencies, and help remove blockers early while supporting release planning and ensuring scope aligns with team capacity. Act as the primary coordination point to provide visibility into delivery risks and upcoming releases. Work with teams operating across frontend, backend, and platform layers to understand end-to-end product flows and API-based architectures. Support efficient delivery for a gaming company reforming the national gaming system, focusing on player protection and fraud prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile software development teams
- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- Experience managing or coordinating product backlogs and delivery flow
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable backlog items
- Technical awareness of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Understand end-to-end product and system flows
- Work with teams operating across frontend, backend, and platform layers
- Understand API-based architectures and service integrations
- Read and interpret architecture diagrams and system dependencies
- Understand data flows and basic database structures, with the ability to use SQL when needed
- Identify technical dependencies early and ensure backlog items reflect realistic delivery scope
