Job Summary
Define and maintain high standards for architecture, performance, and code quality within the Android team. Drive mobile development excellence by managing CI/CD pipelines, version control, and integration with cloud-based infrastructure. Ensure scalable, testable, and maintainable Android solutions by applying clean architecture principles and consuming RESTful APIs. This role requires 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Gradle, alongside practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. The position is based at Software Mind Romania & Poland and supports international projects with leading global clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in Android development using Kotlin
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin
- Strong proficiency in Android SDK
- Strong proficiency in Jetpack components
- Strong proficiency in Android Studio
- Strong proficiency in Gradle
- Proficiency in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in English-speaking environments (minimum B2+ level)
