Job Summary
Join Vivia Home Care as a part-time Personal Care Assistant (CNA) in Olympia, WA. Responsibilities include assisting multiple clients with personal care tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and building meaningful connections in one-on-one client/home settings. The role requires current CNA certification, at least one year of home care experience, ability to drive to client homes, lifting up to 20 pounds, HIPAA/privacy compliance, and CPR/First-Aid. Offers a consistent weekend schedule with guaranteed hours, on-site (in-home) care, potential for additional hours, and a 90-day probation period with wage of $24/hour during probation and $25/hour thereafter. Required Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nurse Assistant license
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in home care or home health
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a Washington State Patrol criminal background check, fingerprint check and other pre-employment checks
- Meet safety sensitive job requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification)
- Valid Food Handlers permit
- Must possess a smartphone and access email
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Current physical and negative TB test, or ability to obtain them
