Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of a residency in ophthalmology
- Fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Kansas
Additional Requirements
- Must be a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in retina surgery
