VITAL Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Summary
VITAL Continuous Improvement Manager: Lead the deployment, sustainment, and evolution of the VITAL Operating System at the site, partner with site leadership to identify opportunities for operational and financial performance improvement, and drive cross-functional CI initiatives. Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and measure impact using KPIs. Build organizational capability by training, coaching, developing and mentoring employees in CI methodologies and tools; facilitate workshops and kaizen events; collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and safety to drive productivity enhancements. Maintain governance, standard work, and CI frameworks in alignment with enterprise standards, and lead projects from concept through implementation and sustainment with data-driven validation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience delivering measurable improvements in business or operational performance
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Theory of Constraints, Kaizen); relevant certifications preferred
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, data-driven problem solving with strong attention to detail
- Project Management certification preferred, or strong project management background
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical capability
- Ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of the organization
