Vitacress Salad Factory Operative - Assessment Centre

Factory Operative at Vitacress Salads site in Andover. You’ll work on production lines for fresh produce in a chilled environment (~5°C), with 4 days on/4 days off shifts (day or night), and will receive full training. Responsibilities include operating production equipment, following food safety rules (remove jewellery before entry, PPE provided), contributing to a supportive team, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and supporting internal progression paths.
