Job Summary
Lead daily product maintenance routines, execute campaign setups, and oversee new product introductions from a visual presentation perspective. Direct merchandise processing through the P.A.C.E program, ensuring timely receipt, processing, and merchandising of goods. Train staff on merchandising guidelines and daily maintenance protocols while partnering with Operations Managers to maintain stockroom organization. Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards through straightening, down stocking, signage accuracy, and dusting. Engage with customers to solve organizational challenges and provide regular feedback to store managers during daily touch base meetings. Check email twice per shift to ensure timely communication and drive initiatives that motivate enthusiastic, productive behavior.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling
- The Container Store promotes a smoke-free, drug-free environment
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2-5 years merchandising experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
