Job Summary
Lead daily product maintenance routines, direct campaign setups for marketing initiatives, and execute new product introductions according to merchandising department direction. Oversee merchandise processing through the P.A.C.E program, including truck receipt and stocking, while partnering with Operations Managers to maintain stockroom organization. Train staff on maintenance guidelines, merchandising standards, and processing protocols, ensuring visual presentation aligns with brand standards through straightening, signage accuracy, and cleaning. Maintain inventory accuracy, check email twice per shift, and drive initiatives to improve product knowledge and customer service. Provide regular feedback to store managers during daily touch base meetings and engage with customers to solve organizational challenges. Full-time role with competitive health benefits and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling

Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2-5 years merchandising experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
