Job Summary
Lead daily product maintenance routines, execute campaign setups, and manage new product introductions to ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards. Oversee merchandise processing through the P.A.C.E program, including truck reception and merchandising, while partnering with Operations and Inventory teams to maintain stockroom organization. Train staff on merchandising guidelines and daily maintenance protocols, ensuring signage accuracy, prop samples, and dusting meet requirements. Provide regular feedback during daily touch base meetings and actively engage with customers to solve organizational challenges. Check email twice per shift to ensure timely communication and drive initiatives to meet sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling

Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2-5 years merchandising experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
