Job Summary
Lead daily product maintenance routines, direct campaign setups for marketing initiatives, and execute new product introductions per Merchandising Department direction. Oversee the P.A.C.E program for merchandise processing during late evenings and early mornings, ensuring products are received, processed, and merchandised correctly. Train staff on merchandising guidelines and daily maintenance protocols while partnering with Operations Managers to maintain stockroom organization. Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards through straightening, down stocking, signage accuracy, and dusting. Provide regular feedback to store managers during daily touch base meetings and actively support inventory accuracy. Engage with customers to solve organizational challenges and drive initiatives to meet sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling
- The Container Store promotes a smoke-free, drug-free environment
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2-5 years merchandising experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
