Job Summary
Conduct daily visual merchandising execution by collaborating on floor sets, window display planning, and inventory replenishment to ensure guest experience standards. Act as the sales supervisor overseeing scheduled floor coverage, goal awareness, and performance feedback to the management team. Manage company programs and brand promotion at every guest encounter while maintaining physical readiness for lifting items up to 50lbs and climbing ladders. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays from the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina location.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems
- Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders
