Job Summary
Conduct daily showroom resets, maintain vignette specs, and manage product transitions using Concept Books and Spec Sheets. Coordinate travel installations by staging furniture, making beds, hanging artwork, and problem-solving on-site with vendors to ensure client readiness. Track inventory via RFID tagging, process product orders, and provide daily status updates to Operations and the commercial sales team. Perform PCW audits, respond to monthly showroom inspections, and collaborate with Visual Leadership on new setups and remerchandising projects. Travel throughout Florida for installations while maintaining on-brand displays in showrooms.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in visual merchandising, installation coordination, or a related field
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Travel within FL required
- Occasional overnights
- Prolonged standing
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40-hour week
