Visual Merchandising Specialist

Create and maintain stylish, visually engaging showroom displays and lifestyle setups. Accessorize spaces using wall art, rugs, lamps, tabletop décor, and other home accents. Receive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom accessories and merchandise. Help keep the showroom floor, accessory warehouse, and clearance areas clean, polished, and customer-ready. Assist with inventory management, product tagging, and showroom replenishment. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies as needed. Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams to ensure smooth product movement and setup. Handle returned or damaged merchandise appropriately and efficiently. This role involves traveling between the Fairlawn and Cuyahoga Falls showroom locations regularly and requires physical activity including lifting up to 75 pounds.
