Visual Merchandising Manager – New Store Openings and Space Planning

Job Summary
Lead Visual Merchandising strategy for new store openings and visual space planning, including development and execution of in-store layouts, VM standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure premium guest experiences. Drive store layouts, product flow, seasonal guest journeys, fixture and product placement, and capacity planning across North America. Own end-to-end VM process for openings, optimizations, relocations, and refreshes; coordinate timelines, fixtures, props, and staffing with Store Design, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Operations. Travel to select openings for on-site execution and feedback. Maintain and evolve VM standards, store layout libraries, and capacity documents; analyze store performance data and guest behavior to refine layouts. Requires university degree in Visual Merchandising, Art & Design, Marketing or Business Management, 4+ years of VM experience in outdoor/sportwear, 2 years in a VM management role, budget management, strong planning and communication skills, and willingness to travel within North America.
Required Qualifications
