Job Summary
Lead and develop the Visual Merchandising team at Factorie’s Global Support Centre to deliver seasonal visual narratives that drive store sales. Collaborate with Buying/Trend teams to translate DNA and values into compelling visual experiences across long-lead strategy and short-lead execution. Coach the team to deliver creative problem solving, VM product presentations, campaign implementation, and display techniques that showcase the brand. Plan VM activities and strategies to support growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience and strong cross-functional collaboration. Requires a folio of work demonstrating relevant visual storytelling and merchandising expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Degree / qualification in Visual Merchandising or related field
- Extensive experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role (e.g., Support Centre VM, Senior Space Planner, Long Lead VM)
- Proven experience in people leadership and developing a team
- Strong understanding of brand and its application to visual storytelling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving abilities with creative, innovative, and flexible solutions within Visual Merchandising
- Agile, collaborative, and influential in long lead and strategic spaces
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas, Microsoft Office
