Job Summary
Visual Merchandising Manager leads the design and execution of visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations, manages end-to-end projects from concept through rollout, partners with marketing to align visual direction with brand priorities, serves as primary contact for vendors, supports store openings and remodels, oversees inventory of visual assets, and tracks vendor invoices. Requires strong project management, Adobe Creative Suite and design-tool proficiency (e.g., Figma, SketchUp), experience with external vendors, and travel up to 10%. Hybrid schedule: on-site three days a week. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 4+ years in visual merchandising or related field are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related field
- Background in luxury retail or brand-led environments
