Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Lead position involves leading visual merchandising and display initiatives in partnership with management, driving sales through effective execution of the seasonal strategy and efficient store routines. Responsibilities include collaborating with management on merchandising directives, analyzing performance metrics to enhance profitability, maintaining visual supplies, and serving as a learning partner for associate training. Candidates should possess strong communication and leadership skills, retail sales experience, and the ability to motivate a team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred
- Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
- Ability to be active, standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching and lifting for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
- 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities (specialty retail preferred)
