Job Summary
Visual Merchandising Lead at Event Network oversees execution of merchandising directives, planograms, and presentation standards to drive sales and guest engagement. Leads a store team alongside store leadership, coaches staff on visual merchandising, and ensures brand and venue requirements are met through space planning, product presentation, and operational execution. Responsible for maintaining a visually compelling shopping environment, training staff, and contributing to sales performance through strategic product placement and presentation. Requires leadership experience in retail, strong merchandising skills, and a customer-service orientation to deliver an engaging venue experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years of retail experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong retail sales background with demonstrated merchandising and presentation skills.
