Job Summary
Coordinate and implement Visual Merchandising initiatives across the MEIA network, ensuring brand consistency while supporting business objectives. Implement Piaget International Visual Merchandising guidelines across all points of sale and manage Point of Sale Material (POSM) forecasting, ordering, logistics, and distribution. Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, window animations, and boutique activations with Retail and Marketing teams to deliver impactful installations. Provide on-site support for key launches and ensure timely reporting of VM standards through regular compliance reports and performance analysis. Act as the key point of contact between boutiques, HQ, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all VM projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management or related fields
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations or Project Management within the luxury industry
- Good understanding of the luxury retail environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the jewellery and watch industry
- Experience with SAP or similar systems
- Arabic and/or French language skills
