Visual Merchandising Executive (7 Months Contract)

Job Summary
Execute seasonal campaigns, animations, and boutique displays across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam to ensure consistent Maison visual merchandising standards. Manage VM materials by forecasting, allocating, and coordinating replenishment logistics with Supply Chain and suppliers. Oversee purchase orders, payment processing, and inventory control while conducting regular boutique visits and staff training. Support local events, pop-ups, and High Jewellery initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Communications, and Retail teams. Maintain accurate records of VM assets and documentation through Yoobic follow-up and reporting. This 7-month contract requires strong negotiation skills, strategic planning, and fluency in English, with additional Asian language proficiency preferred.

- Ensures the consistent execution of Maison visual merchandising standards across the boutique network
- working closely with Regional VM, HQ, and boutique teams
- Implement seasonal campaigns, animations, boutique displays, zoning, and new boutique openings
- maintaining boutique excellence through regular visits, staff training, Yoobic follow-up, and reporting
- Oversee the planning and management of VM materials
- forecasting, allocation, replenishment, inventory control, and logistics coordination with Supply Chain, Operations, suppliers, and Regional VM
- Manage VM purchase orders, payment processing, and maintain accurate records of VM assets and documentation
- In partnership with Marketing, Communications, Retail, Regional VM, and HQ, support the successful execution of local events, High Jewellery events, pop-ups, and boutique projects
- Coordinate VM activities from planning through execution and reporting
- ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, and in line with Maison standards
