Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards across all Chair King Backyard Store locations. Create and update visual floor plans and planograms, prepare merchandising guides, and training materials. Support photo shoots, seasonal initiatives, new store openings, and special projects to deliver cohesive customer experiences. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Buying, and Store Operations to ensure consistent execution of visual presentations, promotional displays, seasonal merchandising programs, and brand standards. Responsibilities include updating store layouts, communicating visual expectations to store teams, conducting store visits, and assisting with inventory sell-through through strategic product placement. Qualifications include strong visual merchandising, styling, and presentation skills; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with SketchUp or similar space-planning software; and the ability to travel as needed. Travel and evenings/weekends/overnight shifts may be required.
