Job Summary
Reset the showroom daily by reviewing floor plans, inspecting the sales floor for spatial planning, and facilitating smooth product transitions. Manage showroom product orders, create stock transfer documents, and oversee deliveries while ensuring RFID tagging standards are met for accurate inventory control. Place and replenish home accents, wall décor, and mattress gallery merchandise according to planograms, updating displays with seasonal color stories each quarter. Conduct PCW audits, respond to monthly showroom audits, and collaborate with the Visual team to align on priorities and showroom objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Monday through Friday 9:30am-6:30pm schedule
- Flexible 40 hours/week, Full Time
- Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (ex: Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.)
- Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Apple iPad and knowledge of using applications
- General PC knowledge
- Knowledge of AS400 is preferred
- Knowledge RFID Inventory Zebra Tagging Equipment preferred
- View and understand Computer-aided design (CAD) drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of One year of Visual Merchandising experience within a retail environment preferred
