Job Summary
Optimize commercial actions within Brand direction and Sales market VM priorities by acting as the operational interface across commercial functions. Embed VM perspectives into weekly commercial planning, integrating priorities into market plans and proposing practical solutions on workload, resources, and timing. Lead market-wide communication by briefing store teams on weekly priorities, seasonal focuses, and activation plans while collaborating with cross-functional partners to secure aligned in-store materials. Drive follow-up and development in stores by reviewing VM standards, identifying opportunities, and supporting presentation strategies to secure visual and commercial excellence. Interpret weekly sales reports to link commercial KPIs to product-presentation methods across different activities.
Required Qualifications
- About 3+ years in senior VM roles
- Fashion Industry / Visual Merchandising background
- Visual Competences and latest VM Training
- AVM Training
- Expert in prioritization, planning and preparation
- Expert in Visual Merchandising and commercial competence, combining commercial know‐how, visual routines, workload and planning understanding and customer‐experience knowledge
- Advanced in analytical ability, able to act on the selling equation, interpret weekly sales reports and link commercial KPIs to product‐presentation methods across different commercial activities
- Advanced communicators who are effective, clear and influential across functions and levels
- CV in English
