Visual Merchandising Associate

Job Summary
Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-ups, ship-from-store orders, and buy-online-pickup-in-store requests. Assist in preparing the stockroom for inventory, perform assigned inventory duties, and execute accurate stock checks while maintaining an organized environment. Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring products are stocked appropriately and displays engage customers. Greet customers, respond to inquiries, process payments, and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales. Maintain store safety standards, support loss prevention protocols, and communicate promotions and loyalty initiatives to shoppers.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates
- General knowledge of office equipment, including computer and printer, Point of Sale (POS) system, AS400 system, company email system, company learning management system, telephone/intercom system, copier, fax machine, SKU and tagger guns, tape machine, small hand tools, ladders, step stools, hand truck/dolly, baler, calculator, electronic two-way radio with earpiece
- Good reading and written language skills (English)
- Strong communication skills
