Visual Merchandiser- Uptown Village @ Cedar Hill

Visual Merchandiser responsible for implementing visual standards and commercial styling in the Cedar Hill store, executing merchandising and presentation according to global guidelines, coordinating with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to plan workloads, launching campaigns on time, maintaining stock levels and inputting allocation data, and coaching store teams to deliver elevated customer experience and achieve sales targets. Must stay current with fashion trends, lead visual and commercial training, ensure window and display execution aligned with brand standards, and collaborate on daily routines to sustain a high-quality visual & commercial presentation across the store. Strong focus on customer experience, sales KPIs, and adherence to omni-channel procedures; proactive in trend awareness, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
