Job Summary
Preserve display integrity in Universal Studios Hollywood retail venues by monitoring fixtures, cleaning props, and reporting maintenance needs. Produce signage for promotions and train store managers on visual standards while auditing locations. Support visual initiatives by sourcing, procuring supplies via P-card, and partnering with Retail Planning to balance inventory and track revenue reports. Create visual support for low-revenue products and assist in planning VMD sets, including vendor sourcing and warehouse coordination. Maintain EHS safety standards across retail, warehouse, and storage areas while benchmarking industry trends. Submit and track IP approval projects and smart sheets for internal vendors. Work hybrid (four days in-office), with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related job experience in a visual merchandising role
- Proficient (3+ years working knowledge) with all Adobe Creative Suite programs; with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator
- Portfolio required
- Be able to push, lift, and carry a minimum of 25 pounds of merchandise, visual elements, and/or fixtures
- Willing to work overtime and/or on weekends and nights to support the needs of the business
- Must have the flexibility for minimal travel
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or similar - preferred
- 3D rendering is a plus

- Ability to execute with strong attention to detail
