Job Summary
Lead by example to uphold and elevate visual merchandising standards across all stores, developing and executing visually engaging displays that align with current fashion trends and brand direction. Ensure all product presentation is consistently at a high standard, including steaming, hard-tagging, shoe labelling, and maintaining clean, organised visual merchandising areas. Coach, support, and guide store teams within your region to maximise the impact of in-store displays, product presentation, and promotional campaigns. This role requires regular travel to multiple store locations across South Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
- proven ability to coach and influence others
- Strong visual merchandising capability
- creative eye for styling, trends and brand presentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to engage confidently with store teams
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead and inspire others
