Job Summary
Manage the store's visual image by applying merchandising standards, executing rapid and orderly store changes, and ensuring the space remains attractive and commercial. Track sales figures and performance indicators to drive product-specific actions, while analyzing customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies. Communicate with the team regarding new arrivals, merchandising adjustments, and out-of-stock suggestions, and provide continuous support to management on specific store management tasks. Requires flexibility for hours and eligibility to work in Luxembourg. Ideal for candidates with prior experience in fashion retail merchandising.
