Job Summary
Maintain the store image at all times by applying visual merchandising standards and executing rapid, orderly store changes to maximize sales. Monitor sales figures and performance indicators to drive product-based decisions, while analyzing customer profiles, product potential, and competitor strategies. Communicate with the team regarding new arrivals, merchandising adjustments, and clothing out-of-stock suggestions. Provide continuous reporting to the management team and support specific store management tasks. Requires flexibility in hours and eligibility to work in Luxembourg.
