Visual Merchandiser

Create visually engaging store displays and layouts for Ashley Furniture stores under Visual Leadership; manage floor moves, signage, inventory tagging, and showroom placement while ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards. Maintain interior and exterior appearance, coordinate with warehouse and housekeeping, support bi-annual inventory processes, and mentor staff on merchandising fundamentals. Develop knowledge of company products, promotions, and trends; ensure audio/visual elements (store music, signage height) comply with standards and involve staff in visual upkeep; collaborate with the store manager on tasks, visual needs, and POS materials. The role requires 18+ years of age, legal work authorization in the US, and at least 2 years of retail visual merchandising experience, with an associate degree preferred.
