Job Summary
Visual Merchandiser creates visually engaging store displays and interior layouts, coordinating furniture, lighting, and accessories under Visual Leadership. Responsibilities include remerchandising displays, signage, POS materials, floor moves, inventory coordination, maintaining store appearance, tagging shipments, and ensuring compliance with visual standards. Requires knowledge of products/promotions, fashion trends, and ability to mentor staff on merchandising basics; works with store management to align visual needs with business objectives. Must be legally authorized to work in the US and able to lift heavy objects, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Hourly compensation ranges from $21.00 to $24.00.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings
- Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to transport loads of 100 LBS with or without reasonable accommodation
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
