Job Summary
Partner with Regional Visual Merchandiser to develop merchandise counts and flow for each store while establishing open communication with store management teams. Create and maintain the visual presentation of the showroom by coordinating furniture and accessory placement, organizing floor moves, and hanging artwork and mirrors. This role requires reliable transportation to travel within the area of responsibility, the ability to lift furniture weighing 50lbs or more, and strong mobility for bending, lifting, and climbing. Flexible hours ranging from 30-40 depending on location are available. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years Visual Merchandising experience
- Accessory and/or furniture retail experience
- Ability to create and maintain a consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals
- Ability to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement the directive with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation within area of responsibility and/or region
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of work ethic
- Professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move furniture of 50lbs or more within the store
- Excellent mobility (bending, lifting, stooping, climbing, pushing, etc.)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
