Job Summary
Design and execute window and in-store displays reflecting brand identity and seasonal themes while sourcing props and fixtures to elevate the customer experience. Plan promotional campaigns, negotiate with suppliers, and conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance and provide feedback. Train store teams on visual merchandising best practices and collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Store Operations to align strategies. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform decisions and create presentations, lookbooks, and visual guides.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail or related field
- 2–5 years' experience in fashion retail visual merchandising
- Proven track record of successful window campaigns and in-store activations
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite – advantageous)
