Job Summary
Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to deliver high visual standards that exceed customer experience and inspire a great store environment. Reflect local customer trends through excellent product presentation, windows, and mannequin styling while adhering to Primark guidelines. Review and adapt displays to ensure commercial success, refresh with alternative products if key pieces become unavailable, and champion best practices to influence the customer journey. Launch all new campaigns across the store effectively, maintain pricing tickets and POS materials in line with company guidelines, and provide consultation to colleagues on visual propositions. Support management meetings and team huddles with regular updates on key trends and upcoming activities. This role requires previous retail and visual merchandising experience, strong creative skills, and the ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.00.

- Previous retail and visual merchandising experience
- Excellent creative skills that deliver an impactful visual proposition that maximise sales
- Great people skills with an ability to build and maintain credible working relationships with colleagues
- The ability to be proactive and able to plan work independently and to prioritize work
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong service focus with experience of delivering excellent customer experience while maintaining high retail standards
- Strong interest in fashion and the latest trends
- You're a team player with high levels of motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
