Job Summary
Install and remove window presentations and store promotion events, packing and prepping props to support visual direction. Partner with store leadership to plan layouts, creative design flow, product rotation, and markdown placement. Communicate policy violations and guest concerns to management while educating leadership on visual strategies. Assist guests and teammates as needed, applying the Code of Ethics and maintaining high customer service standards. Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
