Job Summary
Install and remove window presentations and store promotions while packing, unpacking, and prepping props to support visual direction. Partner with leadership to plan store layouts, creative design flows, product rotation, and markdown placement. Communicate policy violations and guest concerns to management in a timely, confidential manner. Assist guests and teammates as needed, applying the Code of Ethics and policies while maintaining high customer service standards. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- color vision
- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
