Job Summary
Install and remove window presentations and store promotion events, packing and prepping props to align with company visual standards. Partner with store leadership to plan layouts, merchandise rotation, and markdown placement while educating leadership on visual strategies. Display urgency in getting new product to the floor and assist guests and teammates as needed. Communicate policy violations and guest concerns to management in a timely manner. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision
- distance vision
- color vision
- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
