Visual Merchandiser (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Install and remove window presentations and store promotions while packing, unpacking, and prepping props to support visual direction. Partner with store leadership to plan layouts, creative design flows, product rotation, and markdown placement. Communicate policy violations, guest concerns, and team issues to management in a timely, confidential manner. Educate leadership on visual strategy drivers and display urgency when moving new product to the floor. Assist guests and teammates as needed while applying the Code of Ethics and contributing to a positive team spirit. Fulfill the mission of creating an enjoyable shopping experience through high-level customer service and strategic sales presentation support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
