Job Summary
Implement visual and commercial presentations, including store layouts and styling, strictly adhering to H&M guidelines to create an inspiring customer experience. Manage merchandise care and maintain optimal stock levels within the store. Collaborate with store management to analyze sales reports and key performance indicators, setting visual priorities and executing actions to meet sales targets. Stay current with the latest fashion trends, styles, and products to enhance the shopping environment. Work closely with the team to deliver a unique, confident experience for customers through the newest trends and timeless styles.
Required Qualifications
- Ervaring in visual merchandising en retail
- Een sterke focus op klantbeleving en het stellen van prioriteiten
- Helder en effectief communiceren met het team om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken
- Visuele en commerciële presentaties, etalages en styling volgens de winkelrichtlijnen
