VISUAL MERCHANDISER – LEEDS WHITE ROSE

Temporary full-time Visual Merchandiser based in the Leeds White Rose store (39 hours). Requires 7 days of flexibility, including weekends. Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care, and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams. Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, equipping them to deliver a great customer experience. Work as part of a dynamic Store Team (including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers) to create an inspirational environment for customers and colleagues.
