Job Summary
Manage the store's look and feel by partnering with the General Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager to create, implement, and execute merchandising strategies that increase product effectiveness and sell throughs. Update displays daily or weekly, lead visual training for the team, and conduct weekly walk-throughs with management to analyze and improve visual moments. Collaborate with the stock team to ensure timely product placement, conceptualize new store ideas, and assist with housekeeping tasks including dusting, sweeping, and inventory management. Work flexible shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays
- Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require
- 2-3 years management experience in a customer facing role
- 2+ years in a merchandising/visual focused role
- Ability to lift and move 25lbs
- Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Detail oriented with a keen eye towards visuals

Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year experience with Google Suite (slides/docs/sheets), preferred but not required
