Job Summary
Visual Merchandiser role to strengthen the IKEA identity through range presentation in the local market. You will work with the Comm&In team and other functions to identify commercial opportunities and understand the impact of actions on financial results, ensuring high-quality, simple, efficient, and cost-conscious planning and execution of range presentation using global tools and IKEA best practices to support a convenient shopping experience that reflects life at home. Requires at least 3 years in fast-paced retail, knowledge of home furnishing trends, familiarity with range presentation and the IKEA way (layout as a commercial tool, store media, display techniques), strong communication and collaboration skills, and flexibility in store hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledgeable of trends that influence home furnishing and retailing in the Philippines
- Familiar with range presentation & home furnishing the IKEA way (layout as a commercial tool, store media, display techniques)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with others in various situations
- Flexible and hands-on, with keen eye for details
